Canada's tax filing season is officially underway, with the tax filing deadline set at April 30, and many Canadians are now relying on their tax refund as a financial lifeline.
"I'm going to get shot for saying this, but I think the hospital itself, it's a huge project," an advisor on the project told city councillors on Thursday. "But I'm imagining 2033-34," he said about its completion.
