COVID-19 wreaked havoc on this N.S. seniors' group. It's now trying to rebuild

An organization that has advocated for Nova Scotia seniors for more than five decades says there's a sad reason why its membership numbers have dropped sharply in recent years. "We lost a lot of people through COVID," says the president of the Nova Scotia Federation of Seniors.
The agency's annual report said violent extremism 'continues to pose a significant threat to Canada’s national security and remains a critical operational priority for CSIS.'

The Ottawa School of Theatre has teamed up with the School of Rock Orleans to present Alice by Heart this weekend at the Shenkman Arts Centre.
