An Ottawa city councillor is calling for a private bus service in rural sections of Canada’s Capital. In his neck of the woods, David Brown says transit service is spotty, and he wants to examine transit options beyond OC Transpo. On Thursday, he put forward a motion that asks City Hall to look into private mass transit providers to supplement rural service.
