The case of a correctional officer caught trying to smuggle a potent form of cannabis into a Nova Scotia jail is shedding light on the world of inmate drug trafficking, including testimony about enormously lucrative prices, steep debts and power behind bars.
Police confirmed an active investigation is ongoing at the university but did not provide any further details.
