However, in the darkest of nights, they might work a little too well. Oncoming drivers think they are way too bright, and the mountain of recent complaints back it up. A Nigerian man convicted of breaching a no-contact order with his former partner has convinced a New Brunswick judge to grant him a conditional discharge to avoid deportation.
Adebowale Adekoya, 33, appealed his sentence of 12 months of probation to the Court of King’s Bench.
