Saskatchewan covered in deep snow again after another false start to spring

After lots of warm weather in the province, Saskatchewan saw a big snowfall in spring, but it won't last for long with warm incoming weather going back into a freeze-thaw cycle.
Water levels and flows on the Ottawa River are either stable or continue to slightly decline in areas between Pembroke, Ont., and Carillon, Que., according to Friday's update from the river's planning board.
