Federal unions say more public service accommodation requests are being denied

Some departments are seeing a significant increase in the number of requests. The Treasury Board Secretariat says there have been no changes in government policies and that accommodation needs continue to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Kimberley Molina reports.
