Proposed 'bubble' bylaw would start limiting some protests this summer

Ottawa city councillors will soon consider a new measure to restrict protests near schools, hospitals and places of worship. If approved, the so-called "bubble" bylaw would kick in Aug. 1.
According to the poll, 44 per cent of respondents feel positive about Calgary Mayor Jeromy Farkas, while 40 per cent say they don't know enough yet to form an opinion.
