Heavy rain continues to fall across the National Capital Region, triggering a Flood Warning in various areas along the Ottawa River and a large section of Renfrew County. Melting snow isn’t helping matters, either. Kristy Cameron does a vibe-check with Horton Township Mayor Diana Proctor. Meantime, more drivers have been caught speeding in school zones since the Ford government dismantled Ottawa’s speed camera arsenal last November. That’s according to a new strong of data from the City of Ottawa. What’s also alarming is that stop-arm cameras on school buses are catching dozens of drivers failing to stop for school buses on Ottawa’s roads. We dig deeper in Hour 2 with Orleans South-Navan councillor Catherine Kitts. She also serves as the Vice-Chair of the Public Works and Infrastructure Committee.
