A Jewish doctor who was running for president of the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) says he was singled out and treated differently than other candidates during a recent election that triggered the resignation of two board members. Hal Berman, a palliative care doctor in Toronto, lost his bid in an election that took place between late February and early March.
