Ottawa River flooding forcing some Gatineau residents from homes

As the Ottawa River flood waters generally stabilize, one of the major cities along its shoreline says more than 100 residents have requested help from the Red Cross, while several hundred buildings remain at risk.
Police say two victims were found with multiple gunshot wounds outside a home and were pronounced dead at the scene.
