People with homes and cottages in Clarence-Rockland, Ont., that were hit hard in past floods are taking some solace in stabilizing water levels and helpful neighbours. Giacomo Panico reports.

The Manitoba government is putting up $15 million to help restore a once-iconic, theatre in Winnipeg. The new theatre will have seating for around 1,100 audience members, it said.
