Water levels have started to stabilize along the Ottawa River and throughout the National Capital Region, as flood waters are projected to recede in the coming days. As for CTV’s Jackie Perez, she is attending an NFL Draft Party for local football star Akheem Mesidor. The 2026 NFL Draft starts tonight and the Ottawa native could be one of the first names selected.

A new study from Australia’s Monash University has discovered that a diet high in ultra-processed foods (UPFs) may increase the risk of developing dementia.
