A Quebec coroner says Canadian officials turned away a Brazilian woman at border crossings three times in the days before she died of hypothermia near the U.S. border in 2024.
Stefanski is accused of killing his ex-wife, Tatjana Stefanski, in the North Okanagan in April 2024.
