The Conservative leader says Mark Carney should tell Canadians what bargaining chips the country has in coming trade negotiations with the U.S. after the Prime Minister rejected the characterization of energy and critical minerals as 'leverage' in negotiations to renew the Canada-United States-Mexico trade agreement.
