Dog walker bitten on the job can't sue because she 'owned' the pet at the time, Ontario's highest court rules

Ontario's highest court has ruled a part-time dog walker who was bitten on the job cannot sue her clients for damages because, under provincial law, she's considered to have been the "owner" of the animal at the time.
The global economy is 'volatile' and 'vulnerabilities' exist that could expose Canada to potential shocks on multiple fronts, the central bank's report says.
