Today, we speak to one of the frontrunners who is trying to usurp the present-day Mayor, and he is a present-day Ottawa city councillor. Kristy Cameron goes 1-on-1 with Jeff Leiper in Hour 2. On December 13, 1991, the Canadian government ratified the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
