A marmot mystery: southern species pops up in northern B.C.

A yellow-bellied marmot has made it's home under a building at the University of Northern British Columbia's Prince George campus. Researchers say this marmot marks the most northerly sighting of the species ever recorded.
The pace of renovations, meanwhile, isn't keeping up with inflation, leaving advocates concerned that maintenance budgets will be inadequate to address the extent of the issue.
