A trans prisoner was convicted of assaulting a 12-year-old girl and two women in 1998. Amanda Joy Cooper was living as a biological male at the time of the crimes. Cooper grabbed the girl while she was rollerskating in a parking lot, and told her, “I’ll rape you,” according to Quebec court documents.
