Quebec proposes law allowing people to obtain intimate partner violence history for partners

Bill 4, tabled on Wednesday, would allow people who fear for their safety or that of their children to obtain information about the conjugal violence history of their current or ex-partner.

PWHL Hamilton has signed forward Emily Clark to a two-year contract, the expansion franchise announced Sunday. Clark, who was under contract with Ottawa through 2027-28, joins PWHL Hamilton on a new deal through the same period.
