Ontario government bans Chinese drones from police operations over data concerns

An order from the province to the Ontario Provincial Police will stop the force from using Chinese-made drones on its operations, while banning their purchase going forward.

A judge has reserved a decision on whether a transgender inmate being held at a men’s prison, Amanda Cooper, should be moved to a women’s facility.
