The federal government confirms it spent $29.3 million on a contract to upgrade planes flown by Canada’s iconic Snowbirds demonstration squadron, even though the aging jets are about to be retired.

PWHL Hamilton has signed forward Emily Clark to a two-year contract, the expansion franchise announced Sunday. Clark, who was under contract with Ottawa through 2027-28, joins PWHL Hamilton on a new deal through the same period.
