As the calendar flips to June, a trio of countries will be hosting World Cup games, and Canada is one of them. Vancouver will be hosting 7 action-packed matches, while Toronto is slated to host 6 games. And according to the latest forecast from the Parliamentary Budget Officer, the estimated cost per game adds up to $82 million. So who pays for what expense? Is it worth the big investment?
