Ontario’s police watchdog has ended its investigation into a fatal single-vehicle collision in south Ottawa, but found "evidence of misconduct" by police officers who attended the scene but failed to find the driver’s body until returning the next day.
The two teenage hockey players in Nova Scotia charged with sexual assault after an alleged hazing ritual last fall pleaded not guilty on Monday.
