Quebec premier rolls out new financial relief measures

Quebec Premier Christine Fréchette announced three new measures Monday — surpassing by around $80 million the budget initially set aside for François Legault's successor, a spokesperson for the finance minister's office told Radio-Canada.
The report says obstacles include unstable access to affordable fibre, excessive regulations, persistent underinvestment in manufacturing, weak capacity to innovate, and inadequate domestic demand for wood-based products.
