Sask. teacher to run 1,500 km in memory of mom who died at 38

Saskatoon teacher Megan Wotherspoon is running 60 kilometres a day for 30 days in her mom's memory. She'll traverse the province in a north-to-south run from Stony Rapids, Sask., down to the U.S. border.
His rescuer was determined to help. She planned to take him home, nurse him back to health and eventually adopt him.
Those plans quickly changed
