An Ottawa mother of 3 kids is highlighting what advocates call ‘hidden homelessness’ – families who are living without stable housing and often out of public view. Along with her two teenage kids and her adult son, she has been living inside a tent in the middle of the woods. And now, she is struggling to find housing that would keep her family, and their pets, together. CTV’s Katelyn Wilson joins us with that story in Hour 4. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has proposed a meeting with his Russian counterpart to negotiate an end to the war face to face.
