Ontario boy dies from anaphylaxis after allegedly receiving wrong treat at Dairy Queen

An eight-year-old boy died of a severe allergic reaction after he was allegedly given the wrong treat at a Dairy Queen in Kingston.
The New York State Education Department released a report in early May, following an investigation into the use of time out boxes in classrooms at St. Regis Mohawk School in Akwesasne Mohawk Territory and the three other schools in the district.
