A new report from the City of Ottawa says a new tax levy could help fill an infrastructure funding gap, though it stops short of explicitly recommending the idea.
According to the Ottawa Paramedic Service's annual report for 2025, the service missed city council's response time target for the most severe emergencies. The service did hit its goals for less important calls.
