Deachman is quite right in his well researched column that there are many causes for the drug addiction crisis that is rampant in our major cities. Quite right also in pointing out that eliminating safe consumption sites and replacing them with addiction treatment hubs does not solve the problem because of the shear number of cases which have escalated over last few years. Ontario Premier Doug Ford and Governor of Pennsylvania Josh Shapiro signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that they say will deepen economic ties between the Canadian province and the U.S. state.
Shapiro condemned U.S. President Donald Trump's rhetoric on Canada, calling it 'reckless and disrespectful' and said U.S. tariffs are a threat to both economies.
