Calgary officials call for $342M over next 4 years to fix city's leaky pipes

After years of losing between 20 and 24 per cent of its water to leaky pipes, city officials presented a plan Tuesday to try and cut its water losses down to 15 per cent by 2030, with a significant budget investment from council.
