'Please say something': Sask. RCMP ask for public's help after fatal shooting in Pelican Narrows

The RCMP provided an update on the situation in Pelican Narrows, Sask., on Tuesday morning after an active shooter alert was active on Monday. One suspect is now in custody, after a woman died and a man was injured.
