Quebec, Ottawa sign nearly $10B in infrastructure agreements

Quebec and Ottawa have signed five infrastructure agreements totaling nearly $10 billion, paving the way for major investments in public transit, health care, housing and higher education across the province over the next decade.

Protesters say the Dryden paper mill, which dumped about nine tonnes of mercury into the English-Wabigoon River System in the 1960s and '70s, continues to pollute their community's water system.
