Ontario Premier Doug Ford and Governor of Pennsylvania Josh Shapiro signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that they say will deepen economic ties between the Canadian province and the U.S. state. Shapiro condemned U.S. President Donald Trump's rhetoric on Canada, calling it 'reckless and disrespectful' and said U.S. tariffs are a threat to both economies.
