Teen who killed Reese Stanzel unlikely to reoffend, psychiatrist tells Perth court

A court-ordered forensic psychiatrist has testified that the teenager who pleaded guilty to murdering 15-year-old Reese Stanzel near Perth, Ont., two years ago is at a low risk of reoffending.
