Elevators at Line 1 stations were out of commission more than 400 times over an 18-month period, newly shared data from the City of Ottawa shows. Earlier this year, Alta Vista Coun. OTTAWA — Conservative and Bloc Québécois MPs will be alongside agricultural producers and citizen groups from Quebec and Ontario to oppose Alto’s high-speed rail project.
