Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew was on hand Wednesday morning to welcome a rescued lynx to her new enclosure at Winnipeg's Assiniboine Park Zoo. The lynx named Lumi was found last fall after a dog attack killed her mother and left her injured and orphaned.
