Worsening water crisis in Ontario First Nation increasing health issues, fire risk

Pikangikum First Nation in northern Ontario has declared a second state of emergency in less than a year due to a lack of water. Leaders say it's a dire health and safety concern.
The federal government is planning to spend $750 million to 'drastically expand year-round Canadian production of fruits and vegetables,' Prime Minister Mark Carney said.
