The man convicted of manslaughter in the 2017 death of Barbara Kentner in Thunder Bay, Ont., has been granted three more months of day parole in a community-based residential facility. Little is known about the suspect in a Montreal shooting that killed a civilian and left one police officer dead and another wounded.
