More dental patients, providers baffled by lack of consistency in national plan's coverage

Many Canadians who are enrolled in the Canadian Dental Care Plan don't understand why they keep getting turned down for coverage. Dental patients and providers say the confusion around what services are eligible and the lack of transparency from the plan's insurance provider remain major barriers.
Craig Waddell's family has been farming on Mitch Owens Road for six generations, but they say truck traffic and dangerous driving now has them facing close calls almost daily.
