Paramedics missed response time target for most serious calls in 2025

According to the Ottawa Paramedic Service's annual report for 2025, the service missed city council's response time target for the most severe emergencies. The service did hit its goals for less important calls.
Over 100 workers with Metro Vancouver's regional parks walked off the job on Sunday, with the union citing member frustration over lack of movement in talks with the district.
