Tornado leaves trail of ‘severe damage’ after hitting southeast Saskatchewan

A tornado has been confirmed near Oxbow on Tuesday after severe thunderstorms swept across southeastern Saskatchewan, bringing large hail, heavy rain and damaging winds.
