An 18-year-old Toronto man has been charged with shooting at the U.S. consulate in March, according to a court document.

The MRC des Collines de l'Outaouais police service is asking some residents to remain home on Sunday after several roads were closed due to flooding in the Saint-Pierre-de Wakefield area of Val-des-Monts, Que., including a section of Route 307.
