Rents have been increasing at a faster pace in Halifax than in other large Canadian cities, putting pressure on affordability, says the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.

An Ontario judge says he has no confidence the Canada Border Services Agency will deport a repeat LCBO thief, despite a standing order to remove him. Justice Michael K.
