Transportation Safety Board to release report on Titan submersible implosion that killed 5 people

The Transportation Safety Board will release a final report on the loss of the Titan submersible on Wednesday. It will be almost three years to the day since the vessel imploded off Newfoundland and Labrador, killing five people.
The Harry Bailey Aquatic Centre will reopen its doors with the same CUPE 59 operator after possibly passing on the management to the YMCA following pushback from the union.
