Kristy Cameron examines the bigger picture with Bill Brioux, a TV critic and podcaster, in Hour 2. Meantime, there are countless benefits that come with a routine, but many people don’t have them. We check in with Benslyne Avril, a psychotherapist who practices in Westboro.
