Canada's Christopher Morales Williams aims to perfect race plan, defend 400m national title

Christopher Morales Williams is searching for perfection. The 21-year-old from Vaughan, Ont., is set to defend his national title this week at the Canadian track and field championships in Ottawa. Morales Williams will run in the men's 400-metre semifinal on Thursday, with the final taking place on Friday.
