In a message to the public this week, it says a ‘large number’ of drivers are on their phones, even in rush-hour traffic. A warning to our listeners that portions of Hour 2 are deeply disturbing. Two children have been found dead in a double murder-suicide, according to the Ottawa Police Service. At around 10 o’clock this morning, officers conducted a wellness check at a home on Mandevilla Crescent in Ottawa’s Findlay Creek neighbourhood.
