Ottawa's auditor general says OC Transpo has made efforts to boost reliability and cut run travel times, only to see its plans vetoed by city councillors.

The program, earlier called the Canada Greener Homes Grant program, was first launched by the federal government in 2021, but lapsed in 2024.
