Worries persist about broken elevator at key Ottawa Fringe Fest venue

People with mobility problems say they're frustrated with one of the two Arts Court elevators not working as thousands of people are set to descend on the building for the Ottawa Fringe Festival.
When Alex Pilon received a $24,274.26 deposit in his bank account last March labelled 'Tax Refund - Canada' he knew it was a mistake, contacted the Canada Revenue Agency and returned the full amount. A year and a half later, the Thunder Bay, Ont., resident has been locked out of his CRA account and still hasn't received the tax refunds he was actually expecting.
